The internet is changing again. For years, businesses built websites around two audiences: people, and search engines. Now there is a third audience: AI.
Customers are already asking AI systems to find plumbers, manufacturers, doctors, software providers, contractors, suppliers, and professional services. We run the same real customer query through three AI models and record which businesses appeared in each response.
Search the growing archive of real commercial queries tested across leading AI models — by query, location, industry, or business.
Each snapshot includes the exact query, date and timestamp, models tested, the verified businesses mentioned, which models named each, methodology, and disclaimer.
A private AI visibility audit tests the searches most important to your business and shows where your visibility is strong, inconsistent, or absent — across OpenAI, Claude, and Perplexity.
About these tests. AI Search Snapshots are automated tests conducted through the official OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity APIs, with web search enabled. The same customer query is submitted to each model. Business names are extracted and matched across the recorded responses. The AI systems receive no separate location data and use only the location stated in the query. Before publication, each business shown is independently verified to exist and to match the requested product, service, business role, and geography; businesses that could not be verified are excluded. Public sources may be used internally only for that verification; those verification sources are not tested models and are not part of the comparison.
What results mean. Results may vary by model, location, settings, time, web availability, and API configuration. Business names are matched automatically across systems, so occasional name-matching or grouping differences may occur. “Mentioned” or “not mentioned” reflects a single recorded test only and is not a ranking, quality rating, recommendation, endorsement, or complete analysis of any market. A business appearing in a response does not mean it is the best provider, was endorsed by the AI company, or will appear in future responses. API results may differ from the consumer applications of these tools.
Independence. Platform names are used only to identify the tools tested. Omni Online Strategies is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity. AI Search Snapshots reports only what appeared in the recorded responses and is provided for informational purposes only.
