- No representation of ownership. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as indicating we are the owner, publisher, or operator of any Third-Party Tool.
- Tool changes. Third-Party Tools may change features, pricing, APIs, limitations, or policies at any time. We are not responsible for such changes or their impact on any integrations or outcomes.
- Your use of tools. Your use of Third-Party Tools is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for compliance with those terms and for maintaining your accounts in good standing.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ILTN Holdings LLC (DBA Omni Online Strategies) and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (1) your use of the Site, (2) your violation of these Terms, or (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
17. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20. AI Search Snapshots (AI Visibility Reports)
Portions of the Site publish "AI Search Snapshots" (also referred to as AI visibility reports or AI discoverability snapshots): an independent, ongoing record of how publicly available AI models respond to local and other search-style questions. On a recurring basis we submit a question to third-party AI systems — currently including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity — record which businesses, if any, each model names in its answer along with public sources associated with that answer, take reasonable automated steps to check that a named business appears to exist, and present the result as a dated snapshot. This Section applies to the entire Site and to every snapshot, in addition to the rest of these Terms.
- Not a ranking, rating, endorsement, or recommendation. A snapshot records what an AI model generated in response to a question at a given time — nothing more. It is not our opinion of any business, and it is not an award, certification, ranking, or measure of quality. Being named — or not named — says nothing about a business; inclusion is not praise and omission is not criticism.
- Generated by third-party AI, which can be wrong. The answers come from independent AI systems whose output is automatically generated and probabilistic. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent, and it changes over time. We report what a model said; we do not verify, adopt, or vouch for it, and we are not responsible for the content of any AI-generated answer.
- Limited verification. We take reasonable automated steps to confirm that a named business appears to exist. We do not verify licensing, credentials, insurance, reviews, availability, or any other claim a model makes about a business. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
- No affiliation or endorsement. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any business, AI provider, or search platform named or referenced in a snapshot. Business names, website links, logos, and trademarks are provided solely for identification and reference and remain the property of their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or recommendation. ChatGPT and OpenAI, Claude and Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google are trademarks of their respective owners, and this Site is independent of and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
- Our content is protected. The Site's design, original text, graphics, and the way we compile, present, and organize each snapshot are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This protection covers our own material only; it does not extend to the answers generated by the AI models or to third-party business names, logos, and marks, which remain the property of their respective owners.
- Requests and corrections. If you are a business owner or authorized representative and believe a snapshot references you inaccurately, or you would prefer not to be referenced, contact us at info@omnionlinestrategies.com and we will review the request. Because snapshots reflect third-party AI output at a point in time, we cannot guarantee how any AI model will describe a business in the future.
- Informational only; no liability. AI Search Snapshots are provided "as is," for general informational and educational purposes only, and are not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability in Sections 13 and 14 apply fully to the AI Search Snapshots and to any decision you make in reliance on them.
