This documentation includes ways on how to build an effective method of bringing customers to your business. This is usually called a funnel. According to Sprout Social, a Marketing Funnel or simply called as Funnel describes your customer’s journey with you. From the initial stages when someone learns about your business, to the purchasing stage, marketing funnels map routes to conversion and beyond. Based on the definition above, we can simply put that a funnel monitors every action made by the customer. Leads or lead, on the other hand, means a person who shows interest in a brand’s products or services, which makes the person a potential customer. The lead becomes a customer once it made an action that is based on your goal (eg: Purchased something, etc). This is usually called a conversion. Below Is a summary of the important definitions we need to know:
- Funnels – Monitors actions made by the customer
- Leads – a person who shows interest in your products/services
- Customer – a lead who contributed to your goal
- Conversion – the process of what the customer did to reach your goal
For this documentation, we will be focusing on Lead generation where we try to gather interested users for Omni Online Strategies (This is only a sample scenario). To make this possible, we will be using Google Ads Platform as well as SendInBlue. SendInBlue will be used for putting the leads into a sample workflow. We will also be creating a sample landing page in SendInBlue that’ll be used for redirecting the users when they clicked on the ad we’ll be making using Google Ads.
