No-code automations built directly into Notion databases. Select an automation on the left, hit Run to watch it execute step by step. Switch between three different rule types.
Ask Notion AI questions about your own pages and databases. Get summaries, action items, and drafts — without leaving Notion. Hit the AI actions or type your own question in the Ask bar.
Build unlimited intake forms in Notion. Conditional logic shows extra questions based on answers. Every submission creates a live database row — no Typeform, no Zapier required. Submit the form below and watch it land.
Relations link records across databases. Click any project on the left — its related tasks load in real time on the right. Rollups aggregate that data automatically: task count, completion rate, total hours.
Notion integrates natively with Slack, Google, GitHub, Linear, Jira, and dozens more. For everything else, Zapier and Make.com connect it to your entire stack. One workspace that talks to everything.
Tell us how you work. We'll design and build a complete Notion workspace — databases, automations, AI, forms, and connected data — on a free discovery call.

Notion is an all-in-one workspace tool that combines note-taking, wikis, databases, project management, and document creation in a single platform. Unlike tools built for one purpose — Confluence for wikis, Asana for projects, Airtable for databases — Notion integrates all of these capabilities and lets teams build their own systems using a flexible block-based editor. Pages can contain text, tables, databases, kanban boards, calendars, embedded files, and code blocks in any combination.
A Notion database is a structured collection of pages, each with defined properties — text, numbers, dates, select options, people, relations, and formulas. The same database can be viewed in multiple ways: as a table (like a spreadsheet), a kanban board (like Trello), a calendar view, a gallery view, or a list view. Multiple databases can be linked through relation properties, allowing a project database to reference a client database and a task database simultaneously without duplicating data.
Omni's Notion builds typically include: a team home page with quick navigation to all key areas, a project management system with database-linked tasks and timelines, an SOP and knowledge base library with standardized templates for recurring processes, a client or deal tracker with pipeline views, and meeting notes templates with AI-powered action item extraction. Each build is customized to the client's team size, industry, and existing tool stack.
Notion AI can draft documents and pages from a prompt, summarize long pages into bullet points, extract action items from meeting notes automatically, translate content between languages, fix grammar and improve writing, generate outlines and templates from descriptions, and answer questions about content within the workspace using the pages as context. Notion AI is available as an add-on to any paid Notion plan.
Notion connects to other tools through native integrations (Slack, GitHub, Jira, Google Drive, Figma) and through automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com. Common automations Omni builds include: creating a new Notion database entry when a deal is won in the CRM, updating project status in Notion when a GitHub PR is merged, and sending a Slack notification when a Notion task is marked complete. Notion's API allows reading and writing to any database programmatically.
Confluence is Atlassian's team wiki and documentation tool, built primarily for engineering and product teams in larger organizations. It has stronger native integrations with Jira and other Atlassian products. Notion is more flexible — it handles documentation, project management, CRM-style databases, and personal notes in one tool — and is significantly easier for non-technical users to build and maintain. For teams not already in the Atlassian ecosystem, Notion is typically faster to set up and easier to maintain.
For many teams, yes. Notion's database views provide kanban boards, timelines, and calendar views comparable to dedicated project management tools. The advantage of Notion is that project data lives in the same workspace as the team's documentation and knowledge base — eliminating the need to switch between tools. Teams that need advanced project management features like resource allocation, workload balancing, or complex dependency tracking may still prefer a dedicated PM tool alongside Notion.
Omni maps the client's team structure, projects, and knowledge areas to design a Notion workspace hierarchy — team spaces, shared pages, and database architecture.
Project tracker, task database, client or deal database, and SOP library built with linked relations, formulas, and multiple views configured for each.
Meeting notes, project kickoff, client onboarding, and other recurring process templates built with standardized structure and Notion AI integration.
A team home page with quick links, database embeds, and quick-access navigation built so team members have a single starting point for all Notion content.
Key automations connected via n8n — CRM deals creating Notion project pages, GitHub activity updating task status, Slack notifications for Notion task assignments.
Omni trains the client team on the workspace structure, template usage, and database conventions. Documentation for maintaining and expanding the workspace is delivered.
