Platform Support Note:
Omni Online Strategies provides implementation and optimization services. For platform-specific issues (GoHighLevel account problems, SMS carrier approvals, phone system configurations), you'll work directly with those providers as the account holder. We assist with setup and troubleshooting, but final approvals and account management remain with the respective platforms.
