Book through GoHighLevel and the corresponding Calendly slot gets blocked, so a double booking cannot happen from either side. Book through Calendly and GoHighLevel creates the contact and the opportunity automatically, with the appointment logged directly on that contact's record. As of the May 2026 update, Calendly reschedules now behave like a native GoHighLevel reschedule as well, rather than requiring a separate manual update on the GHL side.
